The death of my PDA has forced me into mental crunches. I’m desperately trying to remember all the plans, contact info, and gift ideas I’ve been logging the past 6 months since I last synced it with my computer.
Trying to remember gift ideas made me realize just how close Christmas is! I’m always scrambling at the last minute and wondering why the most memorable date of the year is always preceded with “it just snuck up on me”. Well, not this year sucka!
Since family is inevitably going to ask, and there are items like this on the market that are somehow confused as a reasonable gift?!!??? here’s our wholesome and age appropriate? Christmas list:
Me! Me! Me!:
- Gift cards for Buckle, Forever 21, American Eagle, or Sephora
- Scrapbook paper organizer
- Scrappin’ wheeled tote
Anything works for the kids! These are suggestions….
Maddie:
- Size 12 mo clothes currently, but she doesn’t have many 18+
- Size 5 shoes
- A doll she can take in the bathtub
Christian:
- Doesn’t need clothes for any age!!! Thanks Ashley! All the boys at church thank you too!
I can’t think of anything for him…poor second child
Dustin:
After 5 years of marriage I STILL can’t get him the right gift. It’s probably better if you ask him. Although, I do know he’s mentioned this and this.
Because it’s always better to give than to receive, I’ll leave with you, my beloved readers, these two awesome tools to make the Holidays sooooo much smoother. Cheers to not getting caught off guard!
(Even my body is starting to look forward to slipping into the black, Godaddy Christmas party dress!)

I love Christmas
I love the bag you want, but at Costco for $26 (probably even cheaper in the states!) you can get a great one. It’s pretty much like a milk crate with a cloth and pockets all over it. That doesn’t make it sound pretty, but it really is the best. I love it for my stamps and my 12X12 albums. It even has a file folder on the inside. Very handy.
And cheap!
