It’s been 5 years since we’ve had a T.V.. I haven’t missed it until recently. I don’t want the commercials, or the mindless flipping through channels or the droning sound in the background, but I really, really, want to watch a couple of shows. I would love to have TLC, HGTV and the ability to watch Oprah and American Idol.
I’ve been totally obsessed with American Idol this season. How do you do that without a T.V.? It’s not easy. I’m totally dependent on the entertainment feeds in my igoogle. Based off the info they send me, I’m able to figure out who’s left and then I go to youtube to watch their performances. Egad, it takes forever.
AND i would have really, really, liked to have seen this episode of Oprah. Did you see it? What did you think? That’s the most man-like trans gender I’ve ever seen!
I doubt I’ll be able to convince Dustin to get a T.V. anytime soon, so in the mean time, do you have any suggestions on how I can watch my favorite shows? I’ve looked and looked for ways to watch John and Kate Plus Eight but can’t find anything. Grrrrrr

I watch all my shows online. The commercials are much shorter, and I can pause them whenever I need too. ABC, NBC and TLC allow you to watch full episodes for free. You should check it out that way for sure. Can’t promise they have the shows your itching for online, but they seem to have most of them.
